Returns

At Viwatech Auto Spares, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 3 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
  • Certain items, such as customized or perishable products, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
